Our Guarantee

Hidden Springs Maple understands that we are only in business as long as you are completely satisfied.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please reach out to us at info@hiddenspringsmaple.com and we will do our best to make it right. 

If your order is lost or damaged in transit please let us know and we will manage a replacement and handle the issue with the postal carrier. The carriers require photos of any damage so please make sure to capture a photo of the damaged shipment and include it when letting us know. 

We do ask that you check your addresses carefully. We cannot extend our guarantee to incorrectly addressed orders.
